Tapdance Skill: Paddle n Roll

Today we're going to learn a popular tap dance skill called the Paddle n Roll. It's a combination of two moves, the Paddle and the Roll. Let's break it down:
First, the Paddle. Start with your left foot flat on the ground and your right foot slightly raised. With the ball of your right foot, brush it forward and backward quickly, making a "paddling" motion. This is your Paddle step.
Next, the Roll. Using the same foot, lift your heel off the ground and roll it forward onto the ball of your foot, then lower your heel back down. This is your Roll step.
Now let's put it together. Start with your left foot flat on the ground and your right foot raised. Paddle with your right foot, then immediately follow with a Roll step. Repeat with your left foot Paddle and Roll.
Keep practicing until you can do it smoothly and quickly. Remember to keep your upper body relaxed and your knees slightly bent. And that's the Paddle n Roll! Thanks for watching and happy tapping!
